Kohl’s sponsored the “Cold Hands, Warm Hearts” event by renting out rockefeller. All of the National Retail Federation students were invited. Myself as well as my friend and the President of the Retail Advisory board for the University of Minnesota, Brenna Schlauderaff interned as merchant analysts this summer at Kohl’s corporate. We were also roommates and loved the summer in Milwaukee, as well as the Kohl's buying office experience.
After donating a pair of gloves for people in need, Kohl’s let us skate the night away. The even gave out “Swag Bags” to the first 200 people. Inside was a blanket, mug, and lotion.
News Flash: I cannot ice skate at all. Yes, I took figure skating lessons when I was younger, but I cried through each lesson and clearly did not learn a lot. So I must admit I came on the ice solely to take pictures.
