To be honest I am terrible at tennis, but that does not stop me from wearing tennis skirts. I've also been loving this long sports bra trend. Although my torso is super long, it cannot double as a shirt, but still holds up great for workouts.
Sports Bra: Calvin Klein
Glasses: Ray Ban
Trending: Long athletic Tops
I LOVE these long sports bra athletic tops! Especially on the go, wanting to be sporty but cute. Also embraces the crop top trend. I have a long torso so I have issues with these tanks if I am not wearing high waisted leggings. This top is from Fabletics by Kate Hudson. I've just popped in the MOA store, but she also does online membership deals- just be careful you are charged each month if you do not skip or cancel!
Leggings: LuLaRoe which is a self made brand by a woman who started out making dresses and skirts for her children and it grew immensely! These are kid you not the softest leggings known to man kind and feel like pajamas, but do not make you sweat. They are a polyester spandex blend.
Shoes: These are slip on and are so easy! Can do socks or no socks, and they kinda of look like Yeezy look-a-likes with an element of the adidas extra foam. Again going with the platform trend. $16.99 from Marshalls can't beat that.
What to Wear: Pair leggings with a longer top your hair down or in a top knot and some Ray Bans and you are sporty chic at its finest.
I am very much into the fitness regime and adding that extra protein after a workout. But I must say that these are TERRIBLE. It was essentially drinking tar (that did not resemble brownie at all). Cold or room temperature it was still non-appetizing. I know protein never tastes that great, even with the flavored bars and powders, but this was just something else. One star.
Disclaimer: If you aren’t working out to feel good about yourself, and just doing it for yourself, then you are not going to see results! In order to see a change in your body, you must push yourself to fatigue, which is more so a mind-over-matter kind of situation. My roommate and myself decided to join Planet Fitness this summer due to the small gym in our summer housing. This place has everything you could ever need to workout with! The highest membership also comes with massages and tanning.
My Go-To Workout:
1. 45 mins of cardio
2. 15-20 mins on the stair stepper
3. 5 mins of stretching
4. 20 mins of abs with the exercise ball/machines
5. Ocassionally pop in some arm workouts with free weights
